Services are delivered under separate written agreements or proposals confirmed via email. No service obligation arises from browsing the Site or submitting a contact form alone.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, and page structure — is the property of Search HQ or its licensed contributors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content from this Site without prior written permission from Search HQ.

4. No Guarantee of Results

SEO is an ongoing and evolving process. While Search HQ applies structured, experience-based strategies, we make no guarantee of specific search rankings, traffic volumes, or business outcomes. 5. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging Search HQ services are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback, and access to relevant platforms (such as Google Business Profile and website backend) as needed for the delivery of services. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and outcomes.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are set out in individual service agreements. Search HQ operates on a monthly retainer model. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within 14 days of issuance. Search HQ reserves the right to pause or terminate services in the event of non-payment.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Search HQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Search HQ in the 30 days preceding the claim.
